Short Bread Cookies           Marie Cl-hugbearu2

 

     1 pound Butter

     1 cup icing sugar

     4 cups flour

 

Cream butter, and sugar really well in bowl. Mix in flour,squeeze through fingers till its soft as cake batter. (do this well).

Put through cookie press. Can be rolled and cut with cookie cutters.  Bake in oven 350.

Watch closely for they burn easily.
