Heart smart Diet

 

Basic Fat Burning Soup

 

1 large can each of diced and crushed tomatoes

6 large green onions

1 bunch celery

2 green peppers

   turnip

1 pkg Lipton Soup mix 1-5 of your choice (use onion)

1 large can beef broth (or 2 small)

2 cans green beans - cut

2 lbs carrots

To season: Dill, parsley, garlic, oregano, basil, celery salt, onion salt, Mrs. Dash

 

Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley, boullion, hot sauce or any spices if desired. Cut veggies into pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for 10 minutes, reduce to simmer and cook until tender.

 

This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want when you want. This soup will not add calories. The more soup you eat the more you will lose. Fill a Thermos in the morning, if you will be away during the day.

 

For drinks ... unsweetened juices, tea, coffee, cranberry juice or water.

 

 

WARNING:

If eaten alone for indefinite periods of time, you may suffer malnutrition.

 

DAY ONE:

Any fruit (except bananas). Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower in calories than most other fruits. Eat only soup and fruit today.

 

DAY TWO:

All veggies. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh, raw or canned veggies you want. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dried beans, peas and corn.  Eat veggies and the soup. At dinner tonight, reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Do not eat any fruit today.

 

DAY THREE:

Eat all the soup, fruit and veggies you want. Do not have a baked potato.

 

If you have eaten the above for three days without cheating, you should find that you have lost 5-7 pounds.

 

DAY FOUR:

Bananas and skim milk. Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can today along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbs as is the milk, but on this day your body will need the potassium and carbs, proteins and calcium today to lessen the craving for sweets.

 

DAY FIVE:

Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes, or as many as 6 tomatoes today. Be sure to eat the soup at least once today.

 

DAY SIX:

Beef and veggies, eat until you heart's content of the beef and veggies today. You can even have more than the 1 steak if you like, with green veggies, NO baked potato. Again be sure to eat the soup at least once today.

 

DAY SEVEN:

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies. Again be sure to stuff yourself and eat the soup.

 

By the end of the seventh day, if you have not cheated on this diet, you should have lost 10-17 pounds. If you have lost more than 15 lbs, stay off diet for 2 days before resuming.

 

Begin again f you wish.

 

This 7-day eating plan can be used as often as you like, if correctly followed. It will clean out your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being as never before. After only 7 days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10-17 lbs, having an abundance of energy. Continue on this plan as long as you wish and feel the differences.

 

This diet is fast, fat-burning and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush your system of impurities. This diet does not lend itself to drinking any ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES at any time because the fat buildup in your system. Go off the diet at least 24 hours before any intake of alcohol.

 

Because everyone's digestive system is different, this diet will affect everyone different. After Day 3, you will have more energy than when you began if you do not cheat. After being on the diet for several days, you will find that your bowel movements have changed - eat a cup of bran or fiber. Although you can have coffee with this diet, you may find that you don't need the cafeine after the 3rd day.

 

Fat-Burning Soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry. Remember, the more you eat, the more you lose. You can eat broiled or baked chicken or fish (no skin on the chicken) on one of the beef days if you wish. You need the high protein of beef for the other day,

 

Prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet. Continue as long as you wish and feel the difference both mentally and physically.

No bread, no alcohol, no carbonated drinks, including soft drinks, and no fried foods.

 

DO ...  DO ... DO ... DO

 

Drink plenty of water (at least 6-8 glasses a day) as well a protein of the following: black coffee, unsweetened tea, unsweetened fruit drinks, cranberry juice and skimmed milk.
