1 Tbsp butter

lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 12 strips
1/4 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce

In a large skillet,
melt the butter over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken
and hot pepper sauce and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the sauce thickens and coats
the chicken. Serve immediately.
