Diabetic Almond Sugar Cookies

 

1/2 Cup Margarine                      1 tsp. Almond extract

2/3 cup brown  Splenda sugar     1/2 cup sugar (needed to make rise)

 

Cream together.  beat in 1 egg                  add 1/4 tsp. cream of tarter

Add 1 1/2 cup flour                                  1/4 tsp. salt

Add more flour if needed.

 

Separate into 2 balls of dough.  Knead.  Can be refrigerated for several weeks.

 

Package in air tight container.

Slice into cookies or roll & cut into into cookies.

Cook at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
