Low-Carbohydrate Cranberry Sauce

 

(from Fran McCullough’s Cookbook)

 

1 lb. Cranberries
Zest of 1
Orange

1/2 cup water
Sweetener to taste

 

Put cranberries in heavy pot with water/ Cook over medium heat until
cranberries pop & deflate into a sauce. Add orange zest & sweetener. Chill.
Serves 12 @ 2carbs/serving as per PP.
