| Jackie's Quickie Ice Cream
 
 1/2 cup cream
 1/3
                                    cup water
 2-3 packets sweetener
 1/2 tsp. vanilla
 
 (I've also used strawberry or chocolate DaVinci syrup in addition
                                    to
 the vanilla)
 
 Place ingredients in small ziplock bag and seal well. Place inside
 gallon sized ziplock with
                                    ice and salt. Set the bag on a towel
 beside you on the couch and shake, flip and jiggle the bag for about
 15min, until
                                    set.
