Easy Chicken in Wine

INGREDIENTS
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halfs
pepper, freshly ground
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2
cups fat-free chicken broth
1 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp fresh chives
DIRECTIONS
1.
Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
2.
Sprinkle ground pepper over the chicken. Brown the chicken over medium high
heat.
3.
Reduce the heat to medium low and add the garlic, chicken broth, and white
wine.
4.
Cook until the chicken is cooked through.
5.
Remove the chicken from the pan and place on a warmed plate.
6.
In a small bowl mix together the cornstarch and milk.
7.
Whisk the milk mixture into the pan slowly.
8.
Cook for about two minutes or until thickened.
9.
Spoon the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with the chives.
