Chocolate Truffles
Description:
All I can say is-- when they
are done. Visitors will think you bought them just for them. So creamy and so good.
Ingredients:
1 can Duncan Hines creamy chocolate icing, (I used the one I had from Dollar Store)
2 1/2
cups conf.(pd) sugar
combine in lg mixing bowl=
mix real good, and
creamy
In micro wave or double boiler add
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 table spoons shortening
chop 1/3 cup pecans, set aside.
Lay
remaing pecan halves on wax paper.
Drop spoon full choc mix on top of each half.
Roll in ball.
Then
. Dip each ball in melted choc. and set
on wax paper, after sprinkle each one with chop pecans.
