Wacky Cake

 

Do right in cake pan (no extra dishes to wash)

 

1 ½ cups flour                                                                1 tsp. baking soda

1 cup sugar or ½ c sugar & ½ cup substitute so it will raise

½ tsp. salt                                                                       4 tbsp. cocoa

 

make 3 wells in dry mixture

 

1 tsp. vanilla                                                                  1tbsp. vinegar

5 tbsp. oil

 

add 1 cup warm water.  beat with fork till smooth.  bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 

test with toothpick if it is done.

 

for diabetics use cool whip or make chocolate icing for non-diabetics
