Veggie
Cheese Bake
1 large bunch
broccoli or Cauliflower or a mixture
of both,
cooked and drained (note)
1-10 1/2 oz can condensed cream
of celery, chicken
or mushroom soup
1/2
cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4
cup buttered bread crumbs
Preheat
oven to 350°F. Place vegetables in a shallow
baking dish. Blend
soup, milk and cheese, pour over veggies. Top with
crumbs.
Bake for 30
minutes or until bubbling.
Note:
You can also use broccoflower.
