Spinach salad

 

Cold water rinse gives a different taste than a warm water rinse it becomes what you like.

If you don't like stems tear them off- but since it's baby spinach there is not much stem to remove.

You like boiled egg you add what you will eat. Like your eggs cut and tossed into the salad-do so.  Want your bacon crumbled into your salad-do so. Like it in recognizable pieces-do so.  Hate spinach add as little as you like.  Individual taste is the recipe for a baby spinach salad.  It can be a little different with mature spinach but I chose baby spinach.
