Pie Crust

 

1 c. lard                                              2 c. flour

¼ tsp. salt                                          ¼ tsp. baking powder

 

mix these ingredients until crumbly.

 

1/3 c. cold water                              1 egg yolk

1 tsp. white vinegar

 

mix these3 ingredients in a measuring cup, then add to crumb mix.
