                                    Perogies
                                     
                                    Beat next ingredients with a fork:
                                     
                                    1 egg,  1 tbsp. oil
                                    1 tbsp. margarine
                                    ½ tsp salt
                                     
                                    Add:
                                    2 cups flour
                                    4-5 tbsp. water
                                     
                                    Inside of perogies:
                                     
                                    Mashed potatoes
                                    Add shredded cheese or Cheeze-Whiz and/or bacon bits
                                    You can add fruit instead.
                                     
                                       Add filling to perogies after rolling out dough and
                                    cutting with mug or glass; crimp edges, bring to a boil, drain and cool.
                                     
                                       If freezing, let dry individually and put in plastic
                                    bags. Bring to boil again. Finished; now eat to your heart's content.
