Lush Ten Minute Fudge 
                                    
makes 3 1/4 lbs 
                                    1
                                    2/3 cups granulated sugar 
2/3 cup heavy cream or evaporated milk 
2 Tbsp butter 
1/2 tsp salt 
1 1/2 cups semisweet
                                    chocolate chips 
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts. 
2/3 cup marshmallow creme 
1 tsp chocolate or vanilla extract
                                    
                                    Lightly
                                    grease an 8 inch square pan. 
                                    In
                                    a large saucepan, over medium heat, combine the sugar, cream, butter, and salt.  Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes,
                                    stirring constantly.  Remove from heat. 
                                    Add
                                    the chocolate chips, 1 cup walnuts, the marshmallow creme, and chocolate extract.  Beat until the marshmallow creme is
                                    blended.  Scrape the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.  Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons
                                    of walnuts and cool until set.  Cut into squares
