LADY ASHBURNHAM PICKLES
Ingredients:
6 large cucumbers (cut small)
1/4 cup salt
4 cups onions,
chopped fine
2 cups vinegar
2 cups sugar
3 Tbsps. flour
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. tumeric
1 Tbsp. mustard
seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Add salt to cucumbers in large pot and let stand overnight.
Drain and add other ingredients,
mixing all together.
Cook for 30 minutes. Bottle.
