Jello cake

 

Make an angel food cake (let cool)

 

Make up a package of your favorite diabetic jello

but only use 3/4 cup of boing water and 3/4 cup of cold water.

 

Let jello cool but not set.

 

Make 6-8 holes in the top of the cake.

 

Pour partially set jello into the holes and set over night.

 

Put cool whip or dream whip on top.
