Garlic Cheese Grits

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup grits, uncooked
4 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
1 stick butter or oleo
1 roll garlic cheese
1/2 pound sharp cheese
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

TO PREPARE:

Cook the grits in the salted water.

When cooked, add the butter, garlic cheese, sharp cheese and

Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter and cheese have melted.

Put in greased casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 350

degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

 

SERVES 8 to 10
