APPLE-PECAN CAKE
1 cup oil 2 cups sugar 3
eggs, separated 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 3 cups flour 1 cup pecans,
chopped 3 cups apples (firm), chopped

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees;
blend the oil, sugar, eggs yolks, and vanilla.
Sift the salt, baking soda, baking powder,
and flour.
Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture.
Add chopped pecans and chopped apples.
Fold in beaten (stiff) egg whites to the cake
batter.
Bake at 350 degrees, and Enjoy!
