Fettuccini Alfredo
3/4 C butter 1 C. whipping
cream 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese 2 tsp. Parsley 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg 1 pound of Pasta |

Cook Pasta as usual.
Meanwhile:
Melt margarine or butter in pan on stove
on low heat.
Stir in cream and white pepper and nutmeg,
and parsley.
Cook over low heat about 5 minutes, until
it thickens.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Pour over cooked pasta and stir.
Absolutely DELICIOUS! FAST!
