Crock pot roast

 

3-4lb roast

two envelopes lipton onion soup mix

2 bay leaves

2-3 cups water

pepper

wondra flour (or whatever you thicken gravy with)

gravy aid if desired

 

Place roast, soup mix water and bay leaf in crockpot

spinkle roast liberally w/pepper

Cook 4-6 hours on low (or until done)

Take meat out and slice

Thicken gravy

 

Serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles
