Sugar-free
salad
3oz. orange
juice(I use what ever I have)
2 pkg, tapioca
pudding
3 cups of
water
1-8oz. pineapple
chucks (drained)
1 80z. can
mandarin orange segments (drained)
1- 8 oz. container
cool whip
Mix together
pudding, water and orange juice and cook until thick.
Add pineapple
and orange segments.
Fold in cool whip,
refrigerate overnight
