Pineapple pie

 

drain can crushed pineapple add 3 tbsp. flour to juice to make thick paste.

add boiling water to make thin paste.  add 1 cup sugar, dash of salt. 

add 3 eggs, slightly beaten (one at a time) 1 tbsp. butter or margarine.  cook till thick.  ass pineapple and stir in.

 

put in pie shell add top shell then cook at 350 degrees till light brown
