Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Roll dough into balls,

using about 1 teaspoon dough for each.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

Press with bottom of glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool before removing from cookie sheet.
